Habitissimo is an online marketplace leader in Southern Europe, founded in 2009, connecting homeowners with professional tradespeople for renovation and repair services. More than 14 million households have used the platform, which has been part of HomeServe since 2017.

Phone calls are the preferred communication method for important home projects on Habitissimo's platform. However, the company had limited visibility into the quantity and quality of leads sent to professionals.
