In January 2007, Ryan and Belinda Gallagher founded iovox in the Scottish countryside with a simple conviction: the most valuable moment in any customer journey was the one nobody was measuring.
Clicks had become data. Campaigns had become science. But the conversation, where intent was highest, decisions were made and revenue was won or lost, remained invisible. iovox was built to change that.
The name says it all. io: the power symbol. vox: the Latin for voice.
