These Terms & Conditions govern all service offerings provided by iovox Limited. Users must be 18 or older to access the Services. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
iovox Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 6057954).
Key terms used throughout these Terms:
iovox reserves the right to modify or terminate Services without notice. Your continued use of iovox Services after we post any amendment to the Terms shall constitute your agreement to be bound by those changes. Service discontinuance does not entitle you to refunds or compensation to the extent permitted by law.
You select your own Credentials and bear sole responsibility for their protection. You must immediately report suspicious activity or compromised accounts. You are responsible for any unauthorised activities that occur under your account in the event that you reveal your Credentials to anyone. iovox stores data in accordance with its data protection obligations but cannot guarantee the security of transmissions through third-party systems.
4.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation. You are responsible for any privacy obligations and liabilities relating to Content you submit.
4.2 iovox acts as processor/service provider when processing personal data on your behalf. De-identified or anonymised data may be processed as an independent controller for legitimate business purposes.
4.3 Personal data is processed only in accordance with your documented instructions for service provision. Legal processing obligations will be disclosed beforehand unless prohibited by law.
4.4 Personal data may be processed internally within iovox's family of companies, potentially outside the UK/EEA. Submitting data constitutes agreement to this processing.
4.5 iovox takes reasonable steps to communicate confidentiality requirements to employees with data access.
4.6 De-identified or anonymised data may be used for service improvement and AI/ML development. iovox maintains appropriate safeguards to prevent any re-identification of such anonymised data, and implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures. Breach notification will be provided without undue delay.
4.7 iovox will comply with reasonable written requests to assist with data subject rights, provide processing information, and participate in audits (limited to one per calendar year with 14 days' notice; audit terms subject to mutual agreement).
4.8 You indemnify iovox for your failures to comply with your obligations under this agreement.
4.9 iovox is not liable for claims arising from your instructions regarding data processing.
4.10 Upon written notice following termination, iovox will delete personal data or retain only what is legally required.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information. Usernames must not impersonate others or infringe on third-party rights. iovox reserves the right to refuse or change inappropriate Credentials. You are responsible for keeping your personal details up to date.
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Prohibited conduct includes: posting illegal or offensive content; transmitting spam or unsolicited communications; attempting unauthorised system access; disrupting connected networks; violating intellectual property or confidentiality rights; using technology to interfere with Service operation.
You pay posted rates at the time of charge incurrence. You are responsible for any third-party access charges (telephone company, mobile provider, etc.). Payment is via credit card or invoice-based electronic payment. Pricing changes take effect at the next payment date. Charges for cancelled Services will not be credited or refunded.
Charges are calculated based on iovox records or, where applicable, records supplied by another service provider. You must immediately notify iovox of lost, stolen, or expired payment cards. Failed card transactions may incur administrative fees. Fraudulent payments result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Prices are typically in GBP or USD. GBP prices exclude VAT unless stated. All prices are subject to change; increases will be posted to the Website. No set-offs or deductions are permitted. Payment is deemed complete upon receipt of cleared funds.
All monies paid to iovox are non-refundable. Cancellation or termination of Service at any time for any reason will not entitle you to a refund except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
This agreement remains in effect during your use of the Services unless superseded by a written agreement. Individual users may terminate by written notice including their username and registered email address. iovox may suspend or terminate the Service by email or other reasonably calculated notification.
Re-registration following termination is prohibited without written iovox authorisation. The agreement survives termination to protect iovox's interests. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including indemnity and liability limitations) continue in full effect.
iovox makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in all locations. Users accessing the Services from any location do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
You agree to indemnify iovox, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, partners, and employees against any third-party claims arising out of Content you submit or transmit through the Service, your use of the Services, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
IN NO EVENT SHALL IOVOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
AI-generated insights and analyses are provided "as-is" without warranty. Clients are responsible for verification before reliance. AI may process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy law; anonymised call data may be used to enhance AI capabilities where it is no longer identifiable.
