Do I have to choose one of these combinations?

No. These are illustrative examples, not packages. Your proposal will be structured around exactly what you need: specific channels, specific volumes, specific integrations. Nothing more.

What does "per location" mean?

Pricing is based on the number of business locations (sites, restaurants, dealerships, clinics) where iovox is deployed. Each location gets its own tracking numbers, AI agents and analytics.

What is call tracking usage?

Call Intelligence includes the tracking infrastructure. Call minutes and number rental are charged based on actual usage at competitive per-minute rates. We'll give you a full cost model before you sign anything.

Can I start small and expand?

Yes. Most customers start with one capability area and add others as they see results. The platform is designed to scale; nothing needs to be ripped out and rebuilt as you grow.

Do you offer volume discounts?
